+ nice length story, alot of characters and stories to explore in one + maintains a nice difficulty which is rare for retro rpg's of the time + story is sporadic but is deep if you give it the time + unique gameplay and battle that avoids feeling too predictable just in time + little to no hand holding + overal great sequel to chrono trigger but they had to work to get it all to make sense + unique battle...

I have tried to run this game on three PC's (two Windows machines and a Linux computer), and it will not run. It's a shame because I love Chrono Cross. It was a lazy effort on the developers' part to emulate the game (badly) instead of creating a proper port.

it ok. i never had any issues with this version, i guess the devs finally delivered. I finally played this game and the story is interesting but the game just sucks. i thought it was funny how one of or the hardest boss in the game was just a generic "Miguel" the cgi looks like vomit and having like 100 characters for an rpg didnt impress me. the game is a complete mess and it could have been better if it was made...

This is one of the best games I have ever played , Originally thinking it was just nostalgia from playing this as a kid , Chrono Cross has always been something I needed to get back to actually finishing , seeing some of the negative reviews on the Steam Reviews genuinely aches me . Sure , I crashed twice, not that big of an issue . But it makes up in great combat , the BEST OST in Gaming , and some great character...

Garbage. Chrono Trigger was a masterpiece. If you're expecting that here, you're in for a bad time. Best to pretend this doesn't exist.

Nearly a generation ago, I was aware of Chrono Cross as a follow-up to Chrono Trigger, but I never got around to playing it. Well, I'm glad I finally did! This Radical Dreamers Edition is probably the best way to experience it today. The boosters and fast-forward help cut through a lot of the old JRPG grind, while keeping the music and sound effects in sync. Even better, you can turn enemy encounters off and skip...

While Not Chrono Trigger 2, It's A Sequel Worth Playing No issues on Steam after doing a few minor things, listed below For better and worse, Chrono Cross stands on it's own as a sequel to the JRPG-classic - Chrono Trigger.
