UWD News #5: Update state
2022-03-04Hi everyone. Long time no see. It's difficult to pretend that everything is OK when a real tragedy occurs in Ukraine. Despite the horror and gloom of this situation our team continues to work on the game and never stopped. I will briefly answer the central questions as I know some of you are worried about the game and the team. What is happening to the update? We are rewriting from scratch some parts of the game. It's a long route of trials and errors. The reason is simple: the current game basis can't handle all the new stuff we want to add. We waste more time on maintaining bad code decisions then adding something fun in the game. We become more experienced and clearly understand what we want to see from the game, so it's a matter of time when we get back to adding new content. Our only intention is to make Until We Die a better and more fun game in every aspect.

Why does news come seldom? Things we are doing right now are dull and unrelated to the gameplay. There is nothing to share with the community currently. We will be more active when the time will come to tell about the update. Fuck the war and bloodshed.
