I've wasted 5000 hours playing this game over the last 10 years, 2k of those being when the game actually had lobbies in 2015-2017. The gameplay at its core is amazing, assuming you can even find a lobby. The main issue with this game is its remaining player base. If you're better than someone, which isn't hard because everyone that still plays is in their 40s then they will just turn on hacks and ruin the lobby....

Used to play the originals and played a lot of battlefeild. the original was way funner. this feels sloppy, janky and the gameplay is generic. starter kit is crap. only way to practice is death, and unlike other entries it just feels random. i was excited to play and was met with pretty maps that felt empty. Bad controls which surprised me. dont recomend it. it has less features and fun than the OG

Just really weak and barebones. Feels kinda empty and soulless... Bought this while it was on sale and i enjoyed SW2 a lot. But this is a big let down ngl.

This is a very different game than Battlefront II, some far superior game modes and maps. I'd argue that it may even be a better more challenging game even though it lacks the campaign of the sequel. Its a shame that that player base has abandoned it cause the maps and weapons offer a very different star wars experience than BF2. Worth picking up if its under $5 bucks on a steam sale and your a fan of what SW used...
