Woah! I knew that most people disliked this game, but I decided to give it a chance anyway and it's terrible. They removed most of the tactical elements of the previous entries. Ok, hear me out. This is objectively the game that signed the death of Rainbow Six as a strategic single player series and turned it into a console series, it is awful, the AI is terrible, the plot and story are not even remotely based on the books (unlike Raven Shield which is a direct continuation of the original novel) and honestly the maps just feel hollow with no music, lack of ambience and very few neutral NPCs...

Well....I now know why this game has been sitting in my backlog for so long. About all the good I can say is that the graphics are pretty damn crisp and will give you that mid-oughts nostalgia. The bad? They somehow managed to make an R6 game while making any tactical element useless.
