This is one of my all time favorite games! The farming is great, the combat is fun, and the story is super gripping! Plus, I love the characters and their events!! I think everyone even slightly interested in farming games should give this one a go!

After enjoying RF: Guardians of Azuma a lot, I wanted to try out other Rune Factory titles. RF4 is amazingly detailed game and I really love how characters interact with each other. It's a slow-paced story, divided on 3 arcs. But it's a great story and the characters are memorable. Obviously, the gameplay is a bit old and that's a big problem to me, but overal I'd say it's worth to make the effort to adapt to the commands again.

Rune Factory 4 is such a fun and cozy game to play. The town and gameplay is charming and laid back, and the easiest game setting allows you to lay back and enjoy the story. The three story arcs are captivating as well as the characters in Selphia. The marriage candidates and their stories are also intriguing when you woo them. 10/10.

This game literally made me become a sugarmomma to my Leon :D RF4S is one of the best farming/JRPG games I've ever played. I've had my fair share of irks here and there, but that's part of the charm. TL;DR: I've heard great things about the game, but the state of this port is uninspiring. I've heard that RF4 was the best game in the series so I decided to pick this one up because it's currently on sale. as a spin-off to Harvest Moon series this game has that charming point that you cant find in anything else. For people who are used to 3D First/Third person view, this game might not be their cup of tea. Game is self-paced, Recommend using online info if this is your first RF game. There's a few things you might not understand. Also recommend playing on Normal difficulty so you can just enjoy the experience before having to invest in the crafting systems.
