I don't know if it's possible at this stage, but, the physics need some work, as the character feels too "floaty" and sometimes awkward to move around. Also, the combat needs ajustments, because the colision and scissors movements are too simple (there are no combos to speak of - at least at the start of the game) and every blow pushbacks the player, at the same time that interrupts the enemy, posing no threat or...

An interesting game with a nice visual style and a great story. But, it is sadly let down by iffy platforming. The game is way to fickle about what's a solid platform and what isn't. I spent far too long in one particular spot because the game couldn't make up it's mind weather to let me land on something or fall through.
