This game, along with Tyrian was one of my first PC games. Man i'm getting old... anyway, I still have the CD for TC, but no PC with a CD Drive to play it on. It makes me really glad to be able to play this game again. And while this version seems to run perfectly on modern PCs, a remake would be awesome!

i own it on CDROM now I own it on SteamROM if u want the DOSBox to be in windowed mode with higher resolution, you have to go to the steam folder you installed it, like "X:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Time Commando", find "TC.conf" and change the window resolution to something like "windowresolution=1280x960" then either "fullscreen=false" or just Alt+Enter when it opens

This is the first video game I ever played, at about 3 years old. It came with the Windows 95 PC my parents bought. The purest of nostalgia. Only thing that is missing from the original is the narration from the opening scene, which is easily found on Youtube. If you're into retro gaming, its a good purchase at $6.

What a masterpiece. Even after all these years, I’m still in love with this game. Back in the days when there was no Half-Life 1, and John Carmack with id Software hadn’t released Quake 1 yet. I own the original PC Big Box released for Windows 95, the Playstation version and of course I could not miss the digital versions like the Steam. If you are looking for a challenging game full of difficulty levels don’t look further. Time Commando is a gem for is time and if you haven’t tried it yet go for it and you won’t regret. It is a tough one if you are looking to speedrun it.
