SHAFTED is a really neat little strategy game, and I liked how it manages to make mining feel more like a puzzle than a traditional management simulator. It is a nice little puzzle game that is small in scope but still manages to give a satisfying challenge. Games are pretty quick and replayable, and it is easy to pick up but at the harder difficulty still takes some effort and thought to beat.

My Experience I was first drawn to SHAFTED by the cool art style. I found the pictures used for the aliens, for your operators, and for the shadowy cabal to be evocative. I was also intrigued by the gameplay displayed in some of the screenshots, which reminded me of Pipe Dream. You blink once and suddenly you spent 3 hours playing a long round combination of resource management and puzzle, this thing will really make you think. verdict: extremely recommended

Really well put together and thought out puzzle strategy game, very satisfying game play loop and a lot of good fun. the catharsis of swearing at greedy aliens as u barely uphold there demands, and flipping em the bird as they leave definitely put a smile on my face. very much enjoyed this, well worth it.

Been playing the Beta for a while, and it's a nice and relaxing game. If you got the money, go for it (if you like what you see) It's a few hours of fun, and if you wanna give yourself a challenge or two, even more hours.

A relaxing yet mentally stimulating strategy and problem-solving game with a heavy focus on optimization. I haven't played all that much but my initial impressions: I'm a huge fan thus far.
