Constant low FPS and high ping. Practically unplayable. Even a Microsoft PowerPoint would have a better gameplay experience than this. Please fix.

Totally unplayable. I am located overseas and ping 999ms and impossible to match anyone. I spent ~50min in the game and i even never started it. I was waiting forever. I am not going to pay for such a trash so I requested a refund.
