I personally enjoyed this game a lot. The formula is that you do missions with a bunch of objectives that you have to destroy, capture, etc. and you deploy a few units to start. Then, over time, you generate CP (Command Points) that you can use to call in more troops to up to your limit of slots. Upon finishing a battle, you are awarded with points that you can then use to upgrade your units in the Barracks between...

AI cheats, AI cheats and AI constantly cheats. It is impossible to do any moves without AI completely countering your current unit composition and changing composition only makes AI changes it's composition to counter yours. It's incredibly frustrating experience and very inorganic. Simply not fun.

see my play hours? Yeah yeah the game got a lot of things that can be improved. But it's damn well enough for me to have another addiction problem. I am addicted to this. Keep returning to it. Nostalgia and familiarity play a big part in that I'd say.

Nostalgia, I remember playing it with a Xbox headset and using voice commands. Sad to hear the multiplayer finally shutoff, this game needs a reboot!!

excellent game for its age. absolutely worth the price. they dont make em like they used to. if ubisoft wont continue the franchise, at least release the source code for extensive modding.

A truly unique RTS experience. Also modders have managed to bring the Theater of War back online and it is fully functional. Encourage both new players and those with a strong sense of nostalgia to come back, join the Endwar Revival discord, and get back to the war!
