Awesome little top down shooter game about leading a small army of robots around clearing enemy ships out. There's a good variety to the robots you can capture each with different stats. It's simple but fun, getting a bit more challenging towards the end of it. There's a long enough campaign mode for the price and definitely worth playing!

I tried to like this game, I gave it so many chances (because I just love other Puppy-games), but I don't see anything fun here. In a few words, Droid Assault is a game about dodging bullets. Of course, there are other gameplay elements which may seem interesting at a glance, but believe me, they are not relevant to success in the game. Really fun action/strategy hybrid. You start with a crap droid and capture others, which in turn act as allies that you can switch to, but act autonomously. Droids themselves can move around and shoot in any direction, with various speeds, weapons and properties. It's really easy to get in to, really hard to master.
