Good game but saves are broken, tried saving on floor 3 and it sent me back to floor 2. Since this game is so long saving is pretty important, at least in my eyes. They should fix problems like this if the game isn't free

What else can you say except that it's the grandfather of FPS games? It is an old game but is definitely still gold! Would recommend getting this game as it is a two in one combo with you also getting access to the Spear Of Destiny game as well! As someone who had not played Wolfenstein prior, if you are expecting Doom with a WW2 skin you are in for a rude awakening. The first 3 episodes are incredible no doubt, however the prequel levels (4-6) leave a lot to be desired. For the prequels it feels like they really upped the difficulty to the point of them being unfair at several points. The game was never shy from putting in mazes even in the first 3 levels...

Wolf3D is the OG first person shooter and an important footstep in the genre. The game is still a ton of fun for a game this old and I highly recommend giving it a try.

Great game in such a great series Pros: Nice music Good graphics for it's time Has cheats Mods are possible Cons: Only 4 weapons All weapons use the same ammo No map No Steam Achievements I give it 7/10

Recommended entirely, with the condition that you download ECWolf alongside this game, which adapts it for modern systems. Run around and shoot Nazis: the game. Wish I could do it every day. Total: 8/10 (+2 for age)

Saved on floor 2 and it sent me to the first floor as if I just started playing the game. Also the controls suck.

It's neat being able to play the DOSBox version, but if you really want to enjoy the experience like I did, get ECWolf online. It's a sourceport that makes Wolf 3D so much more enjoyable.

Been playing Wolf since the beginning almost, when all I had was a black and white display and "PC Speaker" sounds. I think it still holds up great for the most part.
