a quick and beautifully crafted game. the kind of game where you get lost looking at all the little details. it has the kind of care and attention to detail that i feel is missing from games nowadays <3

played the original game on genesis, and i loved it! great music and solid gameplay carried it pretty far, and this reimagining is about as good as the original! once more, amazing gameplay and beautiful orchestral arrangements of the original soundtrack carry this game a lot, and the absolutely stunning graphics make for a damn good game! overall? 9/10, i liked it a lot! (i wish this studio was at least allowed...

Holds up well. It's a super fun platformer, had really good time playing it and beating it.

I like it, but it is really hard to play. You need to edit some files and if you do, dont ever go in the settings menu, it will brick itself and never work again.

If you like platformers, you will love this game regardless of whether you've played the original version. The game itself is an incredible homage, featuring a lot of extra content compared to the original.

Sega Genesis nostalgia its great when it decides to make it past the Start button. It works sometimes and fun all around, but mostly it freezes on a checkerboard once you are able to hit Start. A fix would be fantastic.

A miserable experience to even get running for more than 30 seconds. Ended up having to download a different exe file from the internet. It's alright for a short platformer, the $2 I spent was about all it's worth. It should be delisted though if it is never gonna be fixed by the devs.
