Very nice game. Has more to chess or mine sweeper then it has to base building.

Great game and well worth the price for the entertainment you get! Also, you're supporting a group of indie devs who truly put their hearts into the games they create. Gameplay seems easy at first, but once you get deeper, you'll have to plan and strategise your next moves. Recommended!

So I read the reviews and I do like hard Games. From what I read it sounded like a very tough game. And my first 2 Clans in my first run just got rekt. However, with the last clan I managed to finish the first run until the point I unlock stuff. Played 2 hours and it seems like I've more or less discovered all that the game had to offer: there's basically no replayability. Seems like the devs are attempting to add more by adding different winning conditions, which is appreciated. However, the biggest weakness of the game remains: the fact that to reach victory, the path is always the same. Playing with another tribe in a new village with a new winning...

At its core, this game has a lot of potential. It's compelling and addictive, with an interesting game mechanic. Unfortunately, all of that gets buried under too much random abuse, leaving the player feel as though they have no real agency over the outcome of the game. Whether you win or lose often comes down to how many bad rolls you get from the random abuse generator.
