My second game from this studio after Cineris Somnia, and i loved both. Hollow Cocoon is super tense and unsettling with some creepy moments. It has great visuals and is very Fatal Frame-coded (Crimson Butterfly specifically) with a few funny Silent Hill-inspired moments. it was an awesome horror experience and would love to try more games from Nayuta Studio.

This game is so good. I think it's the perfect Japanese horror game with a very interesting story and spooky setting, reminding me of the Project Zero series with the old Japanese mansion from a wealthy family. The voice acting, visuals and sound design were excellent. The monster that kept chasing you, is pretty scary as she sometimes hid in dark corners without moving and the sound effects didn't always reveal...

Instantly pulled me in with aesthetics and views, a lot of effort in the details and mood / setting. And then its a loop of chase and hide which personally became annoying as I tried to find objectives and figure out what I needed to do. A really good short survival horror game, with a strong narrative. It keeps you on your toes while also giving you some moments of respite to enjoy the puzzles. Definitely worth the money.

игра очен прикольная, но в большинстве моментов, то что монстр просто ходит вокруг тех мест, где лежат сюжетные шмотки, меня это очень выбешивает!! ну а так играть рекомендую на легкой сложности, потому что монстр не так будет часто бегать за вами, и чтоб сосредоточиться на изучении сюжета и собирании лута и музыки ииии атмосферу словить и тдтп. а еще по сравнению с их предыдущей игрой, эта не искусственно...

I played the demo for this game, and couldn't wait to play it. The game is incredible! Forget the bad reviews. It's just people complaining to complain. Are there familiar aspects from other games? Yes, but tell me any game these days that doesn't have something familiar. I think the most important part is the chase factor. If you like Outlast, you can't say that this game gets repetitive. You have the same feeling...

First of all, the game looks absolutely stunning. Second, the voice acting is nothing short of amazing. The scares are sometimes unexpected and caught me off guard a couple of times. The story is quite interesting with plenty of things to read with some remarks from the protagonist, helping you to put all the details together The cut-scenes and the overall presentation of the setting reminded me of the Fatal Frame...
