This game isn't bad, just meh. It doesn't feel finished. The areas are very open, empty, and long (easy fix just drop in more enemies and ammo), combat feels meh, the storyline begs to be fleshed out more (it really doesn't draw you in at all, dialogue is a bit weak, characters are forgettable) which is anathema to the genre. I liked the setting, the enemy design was good and creepy, the sounds were good. 5/10...

This game reminds me Night At The Gates Of Hell, which was an absolute banger, and this one is not an exception. I was holding this in my library for a while, I didn't want to play it, as it seemed like some boring zombie apocalypse game (and yes, I'm buying games and then not playing them for some time). But it turned to be a good game with strong atmosphere and great plot. Health bar could be placed somewhere else...

Fun short survival horror. Could use better controller support. I played on steam deck and had to use a mix of touch screen and using the right stick like a mouse, not ideal. However, I still recommend it. It's was fun and creepy enough for what it is. Well done!

Spooky retro FPS horror game similar to Nightmare of Decay but with more of a Silent Hill influence. Pretty short and not particularly hard but the atmosphere is cool and the movement, mechanics and sound design are solid.

If you left and right click at the same time you can swing the ax twice as fast as normal. This allowed me to turn any enemies into mincemeat.

I enjoyed what I played of this game. It takes ont he old PS1 type of graphic style which I like. Seems to be inspired by the older survival horror games such as Resident Evil and Silent Hill. Decent game that is designed well and well priced for what it is only problems I can think of is that the same boss is used twice and the final boss could of looked different considering how he is just the same texture as the normal zombies. The game is alright, not too bad of an investment for the 3 or so hours you'll put into it. It's enjoyable and doesn't overstay its welcome, and is likely a passion project from the dev. My only real complaint is just how dark it gets in the later part of the game, even with the stronger flashlight. Should have called this game "Sight is Gone" honestly. The story is your run of the mill protagonist is trapped in a dream due to grief and guilt, but the dream in question has almost nothing to do with any of that. One of my favorite indie horror games of 2024 so far. It reminds me of Lost in Vivo a little bit in aesthetic and there's a good bit of exploration.
