I got this game for $10 in 2015, put in 30 hours, and got my money's worth. I liked the hex grid and the random events that occurred. I also liked how the developer pointed me in the direction of another Steam game, Project Zomboid. If you get this game on sale, it is well worth the price.

This is and should be the model for all future survival or extraction shooter genre games. Its compelling, hilarious, and a good ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time I play.

I lot of games could take inspiration from NEO Scavenger. Don't be afraid to throw stuff at the wall with this one. One piece of advice, place your trust in a wooden spear.

Flash game with Steam wrapper. One viable build (brute force) and absolutely atrocious inventory management. Go play Kenshi, seriously.

One of the first roguelikes that got me into the genre and a funny, weird game. I still think of it from time to time like a decade later which IMO really says something.

This game is great, especially on sale for 3 dollars or so. Its a very difficult and punishing roguelike where one wrong move means death. For example, I was perfectly healthy and alive and fine, until I decided to fight someone when I didn't need to. Then he broke my arm and weakened me. Then his backup came and murdered me while I was weakened. For another example, I was at my peak with a fully loaded revolver and...
