The game that inspired geometry dash. I'd recommend to GD players for the historic significance alone. The gameplay is okay, it's very antiquated by the advancements done in Geometry Dash's updates. Other survival runners also evolved a long way since The Impossible Game released. It's worth noting you're getting 5 levels of cube gameplay when buying Impossible game. The OG. Has a few weird quirks and the physics are generally worse than its spiritual successor, however it does stay significantly more grounded. Oh yeah, there's also a pretty bad sequel that looks like a Blooket game. We don't need to talk about that.

my laptop might not be the best but i can run newer 2d games a lot smoother than this, way too many lagspikes. also why is heaven like that

A classic for a reason. Short & sweet. If you HAVEN'T played GD I'd highly recommend playing this first if you have the money for both IG & GD (if not just get GD), this is basically the prequel game. And for those of you who have played GD, it's definitely worth it to go back and revisit (or just visit) this classic game. You're likely going to get between 1-4 hours of content depending on what you've achieved in...

Geometry Dash 0.5 Beta looks amazing. Controls feel like controlling a heavy brick underwater, and there is no 2.2 update in sight. RobTop has really changed. 10/10 historic artifact
