The game aged badly. The graphics are a stab in the eyes, the voice acting is really bad. The gameworld is unconvincing. After quiting the game the process still runs in the background and has to be closed manually. Game removed from library.

while the idea of this game is at least pretty solid as a spooky point and click game, i think it falls short of being a good game as you get such a broad set of information and not a lot in terms of getting that information to the puzzle it needs to be at, even finding where the locks are can be tricky as each area gets scanned up and down with the pointer and the sequel doesn't seem to be any better in this...

Can't really complain, a lot of game play for not much money and lots of challenges to confront. If I had any complaints, it would be that (at least my experience) as the game progressed it became easier - in a lot of instances - to simply guess the solution than spend the time and effort to work out the solution.

had to use gameboomers walkthrough or else i would not have been able to do it. I am quite deaf. This game definitely needs sub-titles.

Really fun and spooky! Great atmosphere and I loved the puzzles. I have filled pages of my notebook with scribbles that make it look like I'm trying to summon a demon haha. Best kind of game in my opinion! The puzzle logic and navigation may be very jarring for people who aren't familiar with adventure games from this era, I think modern games tend to hold your hand a lot more. Don't expect modern polish and in game...

An old classic. I was quite impressed as I have never played this game before. It's a solid point and click horror game with great narrative depth and interesting, detailed environments. The voice acting is surprisingly good and overall, it's a fun experience. The puzzles are difficult but not impossible and I only looked at a walkthrough for a couple points that I just happened to miss while exploring on my own....

One of the best classic point & click games. Well thought out, well executed, and it pulls you in even for a decades old game that should feel archaic and unintuitive for modern sensibilities. It still works and it isn't plagued by retro-on-modern jank like so many of its contemporaries.

Intriguing and deceptively creepy adventure game, we were scared to turn the camera. The puzzles were difficult, but not completely insane, hehehe. It also has given me an amazing quote for everyday use: "Please take full offense, when I say that it has been a displeasure to meet you."
