Been playing a lot of survivors game with over 1000 hrs on the genre and this one stays true the most to the original vampire survivors with additional progression that's just not satisfying enough or different enough to recommend this game. The game is poorly optimized and starts stuttering and lagging right from the beginning. Currently there are a handful of bugs (such as slowdowns and non-triggering abilities) that make the core game experience rough, akin to how it was back in EA. Optimization passes and bug reviews need to be finished before I could potentially recommend this game.

Save data was wiped when the 1.0 update came out. 30 hours of progress was lost when the devs could have spent more time making the save data compatible with the new update. Gameplay is fine but having to replay everything to get 100% achievements a second time is a very bad decision. Edit : Toxic Relationship achievement is bugged and does not activate.
