A sequel to Ascension to the Throne game that takes place during the events of the first game. While first game gives us perspective of Alexander, this game allows us to experience the story from the perspective of Eneya, the prophesized "Valkyrie" and human that grew up among Orcs. Eu queria poder recomendar o jogo, ele é muito bom (praticamente igual o primeiro só que menos apelão), mas se vc buildar seu personagem errado, o jogo dá softlock e vc perde todo o progresso (a não ser que vc volte algumas horas de jogo e upe melhor) Tirando esse skill issue, é top. Mas pra uma experiência superior, recomendo o primeiro jogo

I think this might be the worst game in the history of the world. My character is running around in a chainmail bikini which, ok, but her ass is shaded weirdly and it looks like loose chicken skin when she runs around. I really need to stop being a sucker for people leaving positive reviews on high fantasy games from years ago that I never played.

This game requires you to play like eight throwaway runs so you can take note of all the altars and chests without touching them, so you can go back and get bigger bonuses later in the game, otherwise you will be doomed to crash and burn in some impossible multiple battle. I don't have such patience. At least it was 0.99€ when I bought it on sale. That's its worth.

Unbelievable! After years of begging from the community, we finally got Valkyrie on Steam. There is not much to say about this game. It's gameplay is rather unique. You have OG Ascension to the throne, you have Valkyrie... and that's kinda it. No more games like this. Maybe partially King's Bouty 2 as well, but not that much. After years of begging we finally got the release on Steam and it did not disappoint. This expansion has provided a new outlook on the story of the main game and providing a new challenge. The enemy stacks have actually provided a challenge and required switching up strategy and formations to beat some of the battles available. It didn't feel like the power fantasy that Alexander's journey quickly turns...
