I always knew the call of juarez games would be fun but this took me by surprise. I had only played Gunslinger and didn't keep high hopes for this game since its so old thinking the gameplay would'nt be fun and yes it was very clunky and annoying at times but it ended up being so fun because of it. Had its moments. Very buggy, but the bugs can be fixed. I would only buy it on sale, it is certainly the weakest entry in the series. Makes you appreciate gunslinger and bound in blood much much more.

SOOO BUGGY AND I LOVE THE OTHER GAMES SO MANY PROBLEMS OFF THE BAT, and if u get it to work save ALOT even after getting it to somewhat function its so clanky and tedious for the sake of it dialogue and whatever setting ahead of its time but its so tedious

the game itself is fine, atleast for a 2007 game. Some missions are pretty boring and too long for no reason (basically all the stealth missions), but the story and gunplay are nice, and i had a great time playing it

Some of the moments in the game can be needlessly long and frustrating, whether it's stealth missions, navigating things or otherwise. The combat is okay I guess but I've had better combat experiences in games produced around the same time. Graphics are bit outdated, but charming. Gameplay is extremely fun, and feels good to handle. Story is somewhat simple, but very well written. However I had some issues with the DIrectX10 version, it kept crashing in certain areas of the game I still recommend giving this game a try, Call of Juarez has falled into obscurity, and it doesn't deserve to

The game is decent but the unconventional ways the player needs to progress makes it somewhat perplexing.
