This game is pretty old but I still play it, no other game has the fine balance between fun and technicality like this one. Amazing game!

This game is basically a remake of F-22 Lightning 2. It was released in 1999, so the graphics are obviously low quality compared to new titles, but they are on-par with other flight simulation games at that time. Always Loved Novalogics fighter games. It does seem a shame that games like this are not being made anymore. The worst example is as a Star Wars fan I loved the X-Wing series, XWA was made over a decade ago now and no signs of another fighter sim to come. Seems the same with novalogic and jet fighter games too :(

If you want to get this game working fine: 1. Install the patch from NovaLogic that adds more resolution options and fixes bugs http://www.novalogic.com/file_download.asp?ID=100 2. Install nGlide 3. Set the compatibility to Windows XP SP3 and run the exe as an admin edit: you can also just use dgVoodoo I guess

I wanted this game, because it makes me remember a big chunk of my childhood. BUT... when I pay for a game on Steam, I expect it to be patched at least to the degree, that it becomes even remotely playable. I don't plan on spending hours of research and fiddeling with options and downloads, to make this game run.
