Classic old space simulater. Played it as a kid and loved it, replayed it as an adult and still loved it. All to the classic snark of Bruce Campbell lol.

Exe files contain malware binkplay.exe pack.exe space.exe tachyon.exe update.exe The only exe file that has no virus is revupdat.exe I checked those files here: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/search Didn't check anything else.

When you click Start game, followed by the instruction of selecting a slot, the play button never lights up. This is a broken product in 2026.

In my opinion, one of the greatest unknown games of all time. The story is compelling, the graphics are good for the time period, and the acting is amazing for such a low budget game. You aren't going to be thrilled by how amazing the explosions are, by the thrills of the space-borne dog-fights, or even by the cutscenes. What can I say? 10/10 would buy again. This little gem has been a classic and to my knowledge no space fighter game has been able to live up to this, unless somebody would like to make a recommendation. The intuitive nature to this game is beyond compelling, I've taken down multiple capital ships, overcome insane odds, all while strategically being able to manuever my craft and manage my shield and energy/ammo...

This is a great game. A standard space combat sim combined with the witty deliver of the Chin himself, Bruce Campbell. I played it years ago, and was eager to play it again when it came out on Steam. Except...the Steam version is unplayable on current generation systems. Maybe I'll see if GoG has a better version, they actually seem to care that the stuff they sell runs...

You can either fight as an Amazon(tm)(r) certified(tm) Riot Control Drone(tm) or as a Terrorist Rebel. 8/10 If you plan to run it on a modern OS you need to install nGlide and a patch for nGlide. Very good space sim fighter where you play as Bruce ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Campbell. Very underrated. Only drawback? No widescreen support even with tweaking it. Play it if you like games like Freespace, Tie Fighter, Wing Commander, Darkstar One

Game runs fine on Windows 11 with full 3d hardware acceleration without needing any tweaks. As an older game, resolution support is limited to what was common at the time, so you will have to settle for 1024x768 maximum. Other than this, there are no issues on Windows 11.
