The Old Tree is a cute little point-and-click puzzle game. It’s really short, maybe 15 minutes or so, but it’s neat and I had fun with it. Nothing crazy, just a nice little fun to pass some time.

The Old Tree is a very short point and click puzzle game that feels more like a strange little animated story than a traditional adventure. I control a tiny newborn alien creature as it makes its way out of an underground area and slowly travels towards an unknown destination. There is no dialogue or written story to explain what is happening, so I have to understand the world through the things I see and interact...

It's a short and sweet experience with a cute art style. It takes 15min to play-through the game, but it's a well worth it experience :)

You can beat the game in 10 minutes, but it is completely free so that is hardly something to complain about (although it would be nice to play more of this). The art is great and the music is relaxing, the puzzles are fairly easy but this game wasn't trying to be Myst. If you are looking for a short game to pass some time and don't want anything too heavy and complicated this is well worth playing.

This is a small, short Flash game that has you guide a cross between an apple, a snail and a squid to its destination. There are a few of these small free flash games around, most notably "Little Wheel", and this one is very well done. They're like animated short films that are also somewhat interactive. It's free, it doesn't take a minute to download, and you need about 12 minutes to finish. What are you waiting...
