When you first look at Rats -Time Is Running Out! the first game that probably comes to mind is Monaco. While the games are similar, Rats - Time is Running Out is quite a bit different. While in Monaco you need to plan out your heist and move somewhat slowly, in Rats - Time Is Running Out you just need to act since you are always racing against the clock.
