Hello! And welcome to Virtual Hugs Round 20! And yes, I did not miscount, it actually is 20 this time! Because last time I miscategorized the announcement for Round 19, SO IT DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR MOST OF YOU! ːsteamfacepalmː So first of all, I hope you are having a lovely day today. I see you brushed your teeth and you smell minty fresh! ːsteamhappyː So you deserve a pat on the back, just for that. :3 And even if you didn't...HUGSPLOSION FOR YOOOOOUUU!!! ːsteamhearteyesː Recently, my friend and I have started to go swimming again. It's been years since I last went swimming, so it's actually super refreshing for me. (I am a bit of a water-fan, in case you haven't noticed. ːsteamsunnyː) I hope it becomes a regular thing we do, as I have missed being all aquatic. ːsteamsunnyː GAME NEWS?!

And now there's a bit of game news! Sort of! It is technically progress, but I hope you aren't too disappointed by it. So, my extra awesome programming wizard Kalbintion and I have been talking recently, and even though he's a programmer dude who deserves all the pay and glory, he has agreed to help with the sequel in exchange for artwork and snacks I'll send him. So that is super duper amazing of him, and he deserves alllll the credit. So there may be a new update on the sequel, coming up soon. ːsteamhappyː I currently asked him to help with number balancing (since he is good at that sort of thing, and I am not), so the enemies shall, hopefully, not be as terribly balanced as they currently are! X3 And there will be other things I will see about getting him to do too, so that shall hopefully be quickly coming down the pipeline! ːsteamdanceː Zee Youtube Videos of Glory Without further ado, let's get to everyone's favourite part! Theoretically! I have no idea if anybody ever watches these videos, but WHO CARES! I'M LINKING THEM ANYWAY!! First up is a video that I actually saw in animatic form, but now it's animated! I'm not sure if I've linked it before but, well, it seems to be getting officially produced, so I am pumped. Hoping this turns into a fully fledged series! ːsteamhappyː In memory of Dolly Parton, the King's Guard played her song 9 to 5. It's pretty cool. And my friend and I recently watched the movie, 9 to 5, in honour of Dolly, so I recommend you guys do the same if you have the time and/or ability. But don't do drugs kids. They're bad for you. I don't know if I've linked this video here before, but since I've been toying with AI and seeing what it can do, this music video is a good example of what you can make. I've also been checking out other songs by this upcoming AI musician, so I'm pretty excited to see what they come up with next. ːTtMrabbitː And let's end things off with this beautiful little cover by our favourite Mario Antagonist, Waluigi singing Rainbow Connection! ːtigerinablanketː ASIAN DRAMA??? ...No Asian Drama this time. So far the game has been extreme fun to play. It's 4th wall humor but it's not in your face all the time which is great. A excellent sound track and well worth the $5 asking price for the game as of now I'm over 7 hours into the game and not bored of it. Controller works fine. The only thing I can think of is bad the game is still glitchy and it's been told in game by the glitch fairy. The only bug I don't like at...

This seems like it would be a fun game... If it didn't crash every 5 minutes. I've had to re-do the first part of the game several times now because apparently it's so unstable that entering a new zone/fight/building randomly causes the game to crash and I've got to reload. I enjoy this style of RPG, but I can't recommend this game at all simply because of how often it crashes.

One of the better RPG Maker games I've played. The story is interesting, the writing is solid (and at times, funny), and the gameplay has enough unique tweaks to make it engaging. A labor of love from the creator, who is wonderful when it comes to fan engagement and keeping up to date on other products. A fun experience all around.

So this is one of the better RPG Maker games I have played. Like many it has very little custom artwork and mostly uses default assets. This is a pretty traditional RPG system, but it is well balanced. Also the game has a lot of humor and a pretty good story. Many RPG Maker games are buggy and feel half done. This is an exception, and feels like a real game just made in the engine. For people that like JRPGs...

Surprisingly better than what I would expected. Well balanced battles (kinda. once you get Helga and learn how to abuse her dual wield, you're OP af), funny plot, ultimate bosses and weapons, and you can even be a detective at the end.
