Cannot recommend. Gameplay is very weak, horror non existent as well as story. This seems, like it was put together by a 12 year old. Cannot recommend even on sale.

Always remember: If you are buying a relatively misterious horror game on Steam, never buy it without reading the reviews like I did. Well, The Tape is an indie horror game with not much variety or intrigue into it. It's not horrendously bad like most indie horror games made in Unity here around, but it's nothing especially worthy of your time either. The story mode is very short, find a item, open a door, go a few floors, avoid some enemies, survive a few minutes an enemy and than evoid enemies and reach a target, thats it and than there 3 bonus maps (1. I was able to buy 'The Tape' when it was on sale, so I thought I'd give it a go in spite of the pretty negative reviews. Well, it turns out I can't give it a go. Because in my backward country, we use AZERTY keyboards instead of QWERTY. See, the game won't allow you to re-bind keyboard keys and the keys are set for WASD.
