A nice idea but a horrible execution. This game should be fun -- use your cue ball to get the other balls into pits, avoiding obstacles etc. Sadly, this game isn't fun. It looks and plays like an incomplete demo rather than a full game. Controls are keyboard only. You cannot fine-tune shots at all, you just have to hope you somehow get the right angle by mashing wasd or the arrow cluster. Once you start powering up...

Pros: - Music is nice - In-game glowie effect can be pretty, but they butcher it pretty fast with horrible bright green colors after the first level. Cons: - Menu looks like it was done in paintbrush - Control is stiff and slow, it takes forever to 'charge' up your movement which gets really boring really fast. - No mouse control! Verdit: Eventhough the concept is nice the execution is horrible. Lazy half baked...

Well since there are a slew of red 'negative' reviews, why not add one more. OK it's a cheap game, I get that. But at least there should be some sense of direction, and maybe a tiny bit of fun. But alas, nope. Hit a ball. Thing resets. Hit a ball. Thing resets. Watching paint dry has more action i think.

Pool with puzzle elements, seems like a nice combination, right? Well, I guess the idea could be nice if it was well executed, which "Glow Ball" sadly does not. The idea of the obstacles is good in a pool game, but the way this was made is not the best. It takes a while to charge a shot, and aiming would be easier with the mouse instead of WASD. This ends up making the game boring and not worth it's price :/

Even if you are the biggest billiards fan in the universe, it's unlikely you'll find enjoyment in this game. Do not purchase.
