4.727-75 (Beta) - Systems Update & More
2026-09-15Hello & Greetings! Over the past few weeks, we've worked on implementing different features for the quality of life as well as different bugfixes. This patch log is a summary of all that has been done since last month. As always, we've made sure to update Reforged so please hit SYNC in the launcher to update your mod. We hope you enjoy this update! Game Launcher • We've updated the game launcher to add a browsable workshop interface that lets you look into mods created by the community and subscribe to them directly from there. Additionally, we added a Workshop button on the main menu of the game to open the Steam overlay to the workshop. Lastly, we've also added a diff viewer for mod authors to look into when publishing new mod updates. Localization & Text System

• A new major TextSystem update lets you change the language of the text and the language of voices live in-game in the options. • Updated Chinese Localization (blackpainkiller). • Updated Spanish Localization (capitan_alatriste). Hotkeys Manager • Added a hotkeys manager accessible in the options of the game. It differs from Reforged's and should work with all languages. As a result, Reforged's current and limited system for hotkeys has been discarded as it is no longer needed. Bugfixes • Fixed a crash linked to GUI Lua event listeners after the Lua upgrade. • Added a safeguard for savefile operations failing to prevent issues with corrupted savefiles. • Implemented different community Lua hotfixes for Escort Character, Win Believers, Ausschenken, Hire Employee Random, Waylaying & more. Production • AI Labor changes. Note: we are reviewing issues with buildings working with gatherable items. • Added a first version of the Copy settings implementation for the Steward (Manage Building) interface. • Added tooltips over carts & workers to show their current production tasks. Misc • Minor pathfinding update (on-going work to reduce spinning carts). • Updated game credits for 4.6+ patches. • Autosaves now trigger every 10 minutes. • Made it possible for mods to specify the minimum nobility title required to apply for an office (mintitle parameter in Offices.dbt) & added string in tooltips of offices to specify the title needed. • Offices display their income properly in the interface and distribute the correct income to office holders now. • In GiTSE, added property expressions to allow referencing other nodes for positioning properties & added regular expressions (for example, when modifying the X position of a GUI element: AnotherNodeName + 20 ; or regular: 410 + 20). • Steam Achievements should no longer trigger in tutorials.
