V1.02 is now available

We are very excited to announce that version 1.02 of Alekhine's Gun is now available. This latest patch includes a variety of new features and bug fixes. Unfortunately, as we had announced earlier, this patch will delete all prior save points. This will not affect unlocked weapons, level select, upgrade, or RP points. Thanks for your continued support. We hope you enjoy the new patch. Patch Notes: New features: • Full Game level statistics showing level rating & other info • Quick saves • Controller Y-axis inverting option • Autosaves on objective completion • New remote distracting device (Decoy) • Player backlighting switch option • Map zoom saving Fixes: • All Levels balanced for Extreme difficulty (to get Ghost Rating). • Phantom Achievement not called in some situations • Chameleon Achievement not called because of missing disguise

i tried a bit of the first two games (death to spies), but i liked this the most, Semyon too, a lot. the gameplay was also kind of fun, although sometimes some parts of the game felt like too much walking and big map (similar to how the first two games). the ending could have been better, but was okay.

I finished both Death to Spies 1 and 2 with zero crashes or issues in a total of 25 hours on a modern PC. Even though this is a newer game, it crashed 5 times in 20 minutes. Literally unplayable. And even if it never crashed, it is obvious the quality dropped massively after the first two games, both of which I liked very much.

Coming back from death to spy series, this is a good one as well. Really miss the older stealth genre nowadays. The overall story and gameplay was great.

Plays like older Hitman games; similar to Contracts and Blood Money but with a WW2 backdrop. Not bad, albeit quite dated, even when it was newly released; it released at the same time the first WOA game released and the difference is substantial. Controller support needs to be manually enabled in games settings. Worth buying on a sale. Needs cloud saves though
