I have to say, this isn't an easy game, it is also quite time consuming (time literally flies when you are playing) but when you start winning it is highly rewarding (kinda the way Demon's Souls and Dark Souls are). Victoria 1 complete is a game which I only aquired through the Victoria bundle and was not the reason for which I choose to buy the bundle. Victoria I Revolutions (Victoria Complete), used to be pretty fun game to play. Since the newest version of 2.01 Capitalists no longer build factories for AI countries. (I tried several tests 1836 -> 1920, 5k, 15k, 50k pop, no new factory, by capitalists for AI, playing, saving and reloading as other AI nation, you can check that the capitalists pop, had more $ than the 2000$+ #factories * 10 $. This game is only for those who played it at the time it came out. There's no reason for newcomers to purchase Victoria 1 except if they want to complete the set. In that case they won't play it anyways, because if you enjoy games like this, just play Victoria 2.
