This is a mobile port. It's an ok game, but... If you catch this on sale for a couple of bucks, I might recommend, but otherwise get KR. 1. You max your towers before getting halfway through the game. 2. In the mobile game you have to buy all characters except for your first. Here you unlock them as you go through the maps. 3. When I try to move my character to a certain spot, sometimes he will run another direction...

Game is unballanced you can use your hero and not build any towers and you will get through any level, the upgrade system is broken. there is no balance to anything. some things dont work when you clicke them. Its a mess, Dont get it.

Magic Quest is alot like Kingdom Rush, GemCraft, Cursed Treasure etc. But... The game is too repetitive. You kill the SAME monsters, throughout the whole game, your towers doesn't really change that much when you upgrade, and as soon as you reach the last hero you can basically go solo with him. He kinda never really dies... But with that said, it's really those 5€ worth! You get easy cards if you're into that...

i do not hate this game, but i do not like it enough to give it a thumbs up. it is some what challenging but not so difficult that you could not 100% it easily. visually, well it is bright and colourful but the art and graphics are weak at best. no achievements too. sorry to say but i suggest to pass on this one

Just another TD for inbetween. Nothing bad, nothing exciting, nothing new, nothing buggy - just a TD. You will find out very quickly which hero, towers and items to use best. Then simply march forward from map to map. Most levels are even very easy on hard. It would be great to have kinda "finish" when you beat every map, ...on hard and maxed out every tower and hero. ...instead of a notice from time to time,...

This one (Magic Quest) is similar to Island Defense by the same game makers. It is a good tower defense game that is of the same design as the Kingdom Rush Series, except with no bells or whistles (no voice-overs, marginal music, basic sounds, lighter graphics, fewer enemies and towers, fewer waves and no story line). It has trainable heros, but they all seemed to be about the same. It has some other faults that...

Overall, I like this game. I'm playing the PC version. The graphics are nice, and I enjoy the different types of regions. I also like how each hero has unique special abilities, which adds replay value for me. But, this game has a few bugs. Sometimes, you can't see the enemies. The turrets will be shoot these invisible enmeies, but invisible enemies makes playing on hard mode vastly more difficult. Also, sometimes...

Best to wait for a sale... While I loved this game on my mobile devices the PC port feels a unfinished, unpolished, rushed and unbalanced. Most off putting is that expected animations, effects and sounds play too fast, if at all.
