Hello! I just made a very little update to Haven Moon (update to v1.3.1). I fixed a small display bug, and I changed the settings of the rain on the cannon island (improved performance over accuracy). Thanks for playing Haven Moon!

It's fun and very much in the spirit of Myst and Ruven, though I did need to consult a walkthrough to occasionally point me in the right direction.

I like games, such as Myst, where the goal is to solve puzzles in an immersive world. This game doesn't disappoint in that regard. It's my understanding that one person developed the game through a lot of effort on his part which is very impressive. The graphics are very well done.

haven moon.. more like haven, load the island again how i approach modern myst like games is if theres a puzzle that i pause and step back from for a day or two and still cant get through, i will look up a guide. the problem with games like this, is that when i look up a solution and the answer is something so out of left field and this happens multiple times, i kind of give up on the game and just cruise through...

excellent little point and click game in the spirit of Riven. the experience is short but it has such quality and attention to detail. i love the overall atmosphere of the game, i think of it often.

Maybe due to being MYST and Riven fans, we had our hopes set for something similar, but we were disappointed. The details were very sparce, clues were very very vague and the story line was empty.

An attractive and interesting little word with light and realistic lore. Light also on puzzles, I completed it in 6 hours. Some pixel hunting, backtracking and trial and error required and often no encouraging feedback. As the end came faster than I expected it did leave me wanting more but I think you'll find more puzzle fun for your money elsewhere.

A labour of love. No it's not quite up to the level of Cyan Worlds but it was made by one person!!! I wish I had the dedication to do something like this.

Not worth your time. Sad - it's a beautiful game with a really nice atmosphere. However, there is a lot of pixel hunting and backtracking. Some spoilers ahead. The House valve puzzles are probably the worst offenders for pixel hunting and back-tracking. Turn a valve. What does it do? No indication. Go hunt around until you stumble on exactly what it is that you're supposed to interact with. Turn valve again....

If you liked Riven or Myst this is a superb game. The fact that it was developed by a single person is incredible.
