Even taking its 2012 (I believe?) original release into account, the game feels noticeably dated. The visuals and gameplay were clunky even by the standards of the time, and I ran into a couple of game-breaking bugs. Thankfully, verifying the integrity of the game files through Steam fixed them completely, so it's worth trying if you encounter similar issues. This is a rough one to play for sure. Movement between scenes is hard to trigger. Some hidden objects are near the edge of the scene where your inventory bar is and they're hard to find. This game gave me a headache.

It's a hidden object game. If you've never played one, this one is as good as the next. If you have played one before... this is more of the same. Click from screen to screen. Finish simple puzzles. Rinse/Repeat.

Cons: voices aren't great, end of story feels rushed, the end 'bad guy' doesn't really come off as a 'bad guy' which is moderately confusing. First Steam game of 2 Monkeys. Story is short, not so important, the graphics are for a first game not so bad, the sound is adequate. Gameplay is satisfactory, too. You need to click most times 2 times the item and it will not work always fine to combinate all items, but its not such a great problem and works most time fine, 1 screen i couldnt go back but map exist. 1 Moment of time: Silentville is a cheap, decent hidden object game. For this price you'll get a decent 3-4hours entertainment. The story is about a cursed town where citizens vanish or trapped in time/place.
