You need a mod (https://github.com/alaa200384/Cyberline-Racing) to have it totally functional, but for a PC port of a mobile game, this is great. It dares to actually have some damn personality, and no, there are no microtransactions in the steam version. The premium currency still exists, but the rate at which you get it is scaled up massively so you wouldn't need to buy any anyways. The tracks are good, the visuals...

Not a terrible game once you get used to the steering but considering you can't use premium currency and the servers are shut down there is no point in buying it.

Android port. The menus suck because they're just ports of the android version, with no options to adjust graphics and they are not fully controller compatible (granted they only claim partial support). Gameplay works well enough with a gamepad. Start menu comes up when you press start, but wouldn't unpause with start. I had to click resume. Buy this game only if you want a CRIPPLED SINGLE player experience. Multiplayer server is closed long time ago, and many of the single player upgrades LOCKED because of that! It's a game for Android. It's designed for mobiles and tablets. So the controls are bad, options are non-existing and multiplayer is dead. Races are short, career is just meh... I just don't feel that I want to complete the game, it's not that...

Reasonable arcade racer. Controls were a bit twitchy but quite playable with KB or pad and fully rebindable. Screen resolution is limited to 1080p. Surprising amount of cars. Body shop for basic paints and upgrades to your weapons, armor and cars speed. Junkyard for cheap parts, 'supply drops' happen on a timer which contained money and upgrades. NO in app purchases, all free or obtained via cash from racing. Career...

This game really feels like a 2014 Ipod Touch racing game, it brings nostalgia in the genre. This game is bad tho, controls are hella junky, the game doesn't feel like its completed, etc. The only good point in my opinion to have that in my Steam library is because of the trading cards. I don't recommend.

A terrible mobile port wherein player skill matters very little. The upgrade economy is also busted, since the servers seem to be permanently unavailable. This is a grind, not a videogame.
