I thought GUN GODZ was going to be another simple indie shooter that I'd play for a few minutes, shoot some enemies, and forget about. I was wrong. The graphics are simple. The gameplay is simple. The objective is basically what you'd expect: pick up a gun and start causing problems. And somehow, that's exactly why it's so fun. There's no unnecessary story, no giant skill tree, and no 40-hour campaign...

A flashy fast raycaster boomer shooter. This was one I remembered playing years ago and just found & remembered it was on Steam. Super quick to play through, level design is mostly fun. Art & theme are great. The first Venus Rap track is so good. As you progress I think the game gets weaker in the bosses & later areas. But for a free & super quick play its worth the time.
