One of the absolute worst commercial beat’em ups I’ve ever played, and I’ve waded through quite a lot of the trash available for MAME and domestic systems. Have you played Guardians of the Hood? Fighters Unleashed makes that game look like it had solid fighting mechanics. This game sucks, but in a way it's nearly bad in a good way, yet it's not quite there. On paper it has a nice ingredients - two characters, combos with separate punches and kicks, aerials and a super; you have different story for each character, two levels with vehicular combat and leveling up. Bad and clunky beat 'em up with somewhat decent graphics, but that's the only positive. Cannot reconfigure controls and the default is not standard. Broken English in the intros. Moving around feels janky. Hit detection is all over the place. Those darn ninjas always hit me even though I hit first. I'm thinking they're not staggered and unable to attack you when hit as in every other beat 'em up. My workaround was...

Terrible beat 'em up with all the trappings of a cheap mobile game. Awfully repetitive, buggy, unresponsive controls, poor feedback, ear-torturing music and possibly the worst storytelling I've seen in a game. On top of that it has free-to-play style grinding as if it wasn't repetitive enough already.

horrible hit boxes and there is no way to exit the game. this game has the worst hit boxing i've ever seen. you'll just start taking hits for no reason with no one on screen and if there is someone on screen when this happens they don't even seem to be doing an attack animation. just pass sad excuse of a game.
