I expected the ending to be absolutely horrible as thats all anyone talks about when it comes to this game, but it wasn't even that bad. I really liked the game imo it has the best cast (Kaede, Tsumugi and Rantaro might be my favourite in the whole series), and everything was pretty much perfect until the last hour.

A completely unnecessary follow up to the original trilogy where they have bloated every aspect of the game and padded it out as much as possible. By far the most unorthodox ending I've played in any game, it really makes you think about the franchise and gaming franchises in general. Has the best gameplay, even though its canonically the 53rd game lol.

not as good as THH and SDR2 but still i loved it. always down for more DR games. however on the more critical part, i didnt like how the artstyle felt cheapened on the cutscenes, it was very unproportional and strange. its own lore was very interesting tho! will replay.

While a bit longer than previous entries, this entry is still rather good overall. There are still complaints to be sure, but I think this game had a intriguing and satisfying conclusion. However, if you liked Danganronpa 1 and 2 and aren't good at compartmentalization of storylines/games, then this may "ruin" the other games in the series.
