I lost the email address I was registered with so I contacted the support multiple times to change my email address but all they did was to ask for my ID. Someone from customer support finally agreed that I can also send the last ACOIN transaction to prove my identity, which I did. I spent three hours making a character, got into the game, hit a bunch of ♥♥♥♥ with big ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hammers just because I can, and I think this might just be the life.

Overall, very well done game. Yes, there is some pay to progress faster, but I have not personally had that affect me. The character customization is insane and the visual skills feel incredible to hit. Season servers and modern catch-up mechanics make getting into the game way smoother than it used to be. Perfect if you just want to log in, kill thousands of monsters, and unwind.

Black Desert is basically a game that puts you in chains and then beats you with the chains for the amount of time you’ve already spent playing it.
