I'm just not sure what to make of this game. I'm trying not to compare it to Patrician too much, but it keeps pushing me in that direction. When you arrive at that point, it's just... off. Is this a trade simulator? A business simulator? Am I supposed to build a trade empire? 3 hours in and I honestly have no clue. I pick up goods from a poorly made trade interface and drop them off somewhere else. That's it. I know...

While I will say if you compare this to Patrician this game is lacking. But If you look at it as a game that is of its own, this game is amazing. This is by far one of the more historically accurate variations on the game style. I was almost starting to enjoy, but then I saw that my fleet is sailing super slow. It turns out my ships are damaged to 2% remainder; wtf? It also turns out that the damages occur frequently without the need to go to battle. Furthermore, these damages cost nearly a thousand to repair (for the hulls alone; the sails also another thousand). Yet I am barely making 500 on a full map circling. What a joke of a game.

Hanse - The Hanseatic League is a game about your heritage across Europe. You create a character and build your heritage in an older setting of Europe as you are a merchant and trade good across the sea to build reputation. This game is not ready to use. Many kind of bugs like not droping moral at weak transports. The filter system is not clear to use. Many goods are not available at the market. You have no chance to produce some thing to bring the game forward. To by this game was a failure.

Good game, playable you can say. Interesting gameplay with mechanics not seen in other games. It's not big and it's like shake of Patrician and The Guild.

Could have been a good game but i can't stand plaing a game like this with only 20fps. I have a 1070 and should be able to play a game like this without any problems. I asked on the forums for help but no reply and its like 3 days ago. The forum members also speak only german wich makes it impossible for me to troubleshoot in the forums. it isn't patrician or port royale but it is fun. Recommend it against all the bad ratings it was given. The patching definately improved the game from what some of the negative criticisms were. A good time waster and I found it in the bargain bin. So I went against the ratings for this game and was pleasantly surprised.
