It's okay for a free download. It actually has a pretty decent introduction. That leads you to believe there will be more of the same as you go along. But there isn't. All i get is sound and blackness in my oculus rift, though the monitor seems to "see" what I should be seeing. Perhaps this works better with the Vive.

The game runs and tracks everything correctly except for my headset moving seems choppy, but fps rate is find, hand movement is fine (Though for closing and opening i would set that to the grip butoon on oculus0, and it does not output to the vr headset, only to my monitor. So, therefore I cannot actually play it. I am using an Oculus Rift CV1 with touch, windows 10 64 bit, GTX 1060 OC Edition. Intel I5-6600

The game needs optimizations. As a free game, I wouldn't complain but it is almost unplayable with Gtx1060. Other than that, It was very intriguing in the beginning, the graphics are futuristic sci-fi and very realistic. The gameplay is typical but feels good.

For a free game, this isn't bad. Whatever you do DO NOT BUY THE DELUXE VERSION. I had fun with the lite version and recommend a download, but the controls for the Deluxe version make the Deluxe version unplayable. I never had problems with the controls in the lite version (played over an hour, multiple play sessions), however, in the Deluxe version, my weapons kept randomly switching to shields and my sheilds kept...

After Space Pirates, I'm sorry to say that the combat is a step down. My advice is that they stay with the story from the introduction and go from there while not becoming another wave platform shooter. Their graphics and manipuation of gear is fabulous and roped me very quickly. They had my attention! Pretty solid wave shooter. It's not too original by borrowing a lot from Space Pirate Trainer style weapons and shield but with added locomotion. Weapon upgrades options open up as you complete levels and includes boss battles. If this was a paid for title released in late 2017 I'd certainly I'd write this off as it brings nothing new to the table. It simply ticks the standard boxes. However being free it punches...
