Just a small update. Something had gone wrong with the signing of the mac build, so that it stopped working. This has now been fixed. Feedback Fugl is still early access, so features are still missing and bugs hide in the corners. Please be patient with us. Update/finish this game ffs. Its been ~21 months (almost 2 years) from when I'm posting this, since the last update. Also the discord if pretty unresponsive so they have probably given up on this. Don't buy this if you're expecting a finished game, ever.

Years after buying Fugl, I finally decided to check it out, and no matter what I tried, I could not get it to run. It constantly crashes, sometimes in the main menu, sometimes during gameplay. I cannot play more than a couple of minutes before I experience a crash. I really wish I could give it a try, but unfortunately, I don't think this one is a winner for me.

desperately needs separate steering and camera controls. both keyboard for movement and mouse for camera would be so much easier.

For a flight simulator all about letting you essentially 'feel the air blow through your wings' with a pixel-y spin on it, there's no flight sim better than this game. HOWEVER, it seems like the longer this game goes on without touch-ups, the less it works like it did when i first played two things to fix this, i think, would be an option to turn off positioning auto-correct whenever you fly upside-down. when i want...

I got this game about 6 years ago, and come back to it occasionally when I want a relaxing 15-20min break. It's a goal-free game (though there are things you can collect if you want), so I'd recommend it for people who would enjoy flying through an open space, with small bits of exploration - dip into the water to find fish, discover hidden caves or chase down faster birds, all while taking in the pretty voxels.

I have purchased Fugl as soon as I got wind of it's early access release. Sadly, my 3 years old laptop sporting an AMD card had firmly refused to run it. I've sent an email to the dev and got response the next day. Within 3 weeks, they managed to get the game to work on my card, and I've been flapping my boxy wings happily ever since.
