Half the game is not in English. I would recommend the game if it was 100% in English, otherwise I don't really recommend it.

Has potential, but it looks like an alpha, absolutely not like a finished product... Terrible UI, even worse translation... Too bad.

Mobile Empire sadly feels more like a mobile game than a PC game, there isn't much freedom to innovate on the phones that your develop, on top of that, it's difficult to make money and even more difficult to be the company that releases never been done features. The only reason anyone should buy this game is if the developer comes round and holds a gun to your head, if this happens absolutly buy it! However if you are not under duress... there is no reason to buy this game... on paper it has potential to be a great game... however the developer had the day off on the day he created this instead leaving his 5 yr old to develop this... The game unnecesarily is so complicated and buggy. Like, if you want to upgrade your phone, you somehow stuck on the screen and can't do anything, except cancelling the upgrade, then that page is lost forever.
