I got this for free using daily login coins from chrono gg and I still wouldn't recommend anyone even get it for nothing. This is a solid game in addiction and desire for perfection, but despite the levels being 20 seconds long or so, you will mess up instantly time and again and there is no reset. The only thing I will say in defence of this turd is that unlike stated by HammerlessNat in their review, it has a pause function with a restart button. For some unfathomable reason, it just appears after the tutorial. The rest is about as much fun as you'd get from crashing your head into an actual bot. This is a bad runner game. Why would you put the camera at an angle, especially considering this game already does not use proper defined lanes, and allows you to navigate precisely. You can't tell when your character is flying over a thing or not, or whether they're on the right plane to avoid hazards. I didn't like this game. The game has no way to quit a level (or exit the game without alt-F4), only has keyboard or gamepad controls (no mouse), and the robots are not very responsive to your commands either. You tell the bot to go right, nothing happens, or it happens intermittently. Just playing the tutorial was painful since I couldn't go back to the menu when I got stuck. This is a definite no. The camera angle is so completely wrong that it's really hard to know when to time jumps properly and the whole vibe screams cheap mobile game. Avoid at all costs and pick up one of the Bit. Trip Runner games instead. This game is complete overpriced tripe. Game is kind of fun in short bursts. It's got the addictive quality of runner gameplay, but it's not very snappy and getting hit feels so janky. The camera angle, as others have pointed out, is to its detriment as well, because it's difficult to parse where your character is in relation to the obstacles ahead. Awesome indie game, take it from an expert!! 9/10! Can't understand the slightly negative reviews, it's not that hard. Once you get in the flow, the only hard thing is trying to stop. This is the best runner game on Steam. Period. Maybe people didn't get the update,or they didn't give it a fair try. Don't know. Don't care. Stronlgy recommend.
