Was a good game, then the dev released 1 thing that got exploited to hell, he stopped listening to people, changed a couple things that royally did nothing nothing. The dev will also ban people who leave bad reviews sometimes.

(I have very little hours on the Steam version, but plenty on the web version) The potential of this game is great. However I believe that it's currently not worth playing. Politics is about legislation. Debating the possible causes and effects for certain legislation is at the heart of this discipline. Respublica doesn't offer that at all. Don't play it! Don't register! Don't give them your data! It says "By signing up, I agree to the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Services." But there is no hyperlink to those privacy policy and terms of service. Also, the font size is so small that I dont even notice it. What a trick.

Game started good, but the stock market update basically killed it. Dying community, toxic players, would not recommend.

Honestly, It doesn't feel like there is much of a 'game' here. Log on, spend some money to accrue more money, log off. wait till election day, get elected and meh. Even as a member of parliament it doesn't feel like the legislation I'm voting on has any sort of impact on the game world, lower the age of criminal responsibility? sure, why not. If I could leave a "Mixed" option I would. Short version: Ive had 60 hours in this game through Steam and several hundred more hours off steam in browser. It can be a good game, I spent many hours in it, even as a partly major figure. The problem is 1. You have to create your own roleplay, if you don't like that, the game isn't for you. 2. Existing parties have a ridiculous advantage and use it against you, are you an upstart, anti-establishment player, prepare for an unfunny game.
