The Witch & The 66 Mushrooms

It's a very short game. It's also amazingly railroaded for a metroidvania game, there is absolutely zero replay value. There is one way to beat the game. You cannot skip powerups and keys and you'll also be forced to backtrack again and again to get them. You have a button to full heal at anytime that costs basically nothing. I am close to the end I think. Already :(. This game is so much fun though. I think it is worth the low price. If you are reading this and the game is on sale... BUY IT! Most certainly buy it! But even not on sale the price tag is fair! EDIT: After beating the game. I still 100% say BUY IT! Some of the mushrooms have puzzles you have to figure out to get them. Even with the tips provided in game they can be tricky....

I'm a huge metroidvainia fan and really wanted to love this, but it could have used more QA. In the short time I played I ran into several bugs, such as my character vanishing entirely or suddenly being unable to drop bombs as a cat (the requisite morphball power-up) for no apparent reason. Pretty good game overall, although before you buy there should be a few issues known, when playing on keyboard, I kind of felt like the buttons were in an odd spot, especially the jump and the attack buttons, I kept mixing them up while I was playing, and although its made for mainly controller I would like to bring it up. A fun little japanese indie game. It looked nice, the music was serviceable, and I didn't run into any major bugs. All in all I'm pretty happy with it.
