OK, so u want to read a review for one of the greatest FPS games of all time? I got it. RTCW was a disc edition, first i saw it in 2003, in my father's office. I would not 100% recommend this game. I have tried everything with the config files and it worked to a point. It just constantly crashes after every single death, every single reload. I got this for 3$ and I still would not recommend this version on steam. Get it somewhere else if you can. Even just playing on default without messing with the config files later on in the game it keeps crashing. I am pretty far into...

The game is easy to learn and use, and you can reprogram buttons to your preference for easier game controls. The action and historical setting is very enjoyable, and the paranormal aspects are moody and fun.

A decent FPS classic with a wacky, easy to follow story (this being a Wolfenstein game after all). Would appreciate it if I had played this when I was younger. A few minor gripes include being the dated, but nostalgic UI, the saving system can be a bit janky and sometimes there are crashes. Also not super brutal and gory as later games. First ever Wolfenstein game I've ever played, pretty good campaign, though gets really annoying when reaching the labs sections, the lopers could've been nerfed cause they weren't really fun to fight against, same with the super soldiers, especially when lacking some panzerfausts. Small blast from the past. One of the first FPS I saw on a friends computer. Played on Linux with the RealRTCW Mod in widescreen. Fun little game still, I am impressed of the secrets the devs build into the game. Kind of different from today. Oh and ♥♥♥♥ Nazis, facists and the AfD!

WOW This game is fantastic and holds up 25 years later. I've been trying to make my way through a bunch of classic FPS games and this has been probably my favorite so far. If you havent played it, play it! Its an absolute classic. This version from 2002 is a little bit wonky on todays hardware, it is what it is, but its totally playable on a modern machine running windows 10 without hassle. just accept its a 4:3 screen ratio and dont forget to dial in the mouse speed and maybe limit the frame rate to 120 or 160fps. then its a blast, controls are snappy like in the old days. some games...
