Amnesia: Rebirth

The only major thing i don't like about this game is the story of Alice. It's heartbreaking and I felt it was way to much. I'd have much preferred they didn't go down that road. (My own personal change I would have made) Alice is alive and well in Paris with family. Tasi is pregnant and Tihana still wants her unborn child for the same reason. I really liked how the game expanded the Amnesia lore.... that's pretty much it. It was boring and not scary at all. I don't know, sending me to an alien world with monsters is less scary than monsters in a more human setting. Tasi isn't that interesting, and I could care less about her pregnancy. The story is also kind of weaker, can't really get into it without spoilers. It looks nice at the very least.

Intro: Judging purely from the overall reviews I was thinking that this game would be a watered down Amnesia game. However, I don't think that is the case. Amnesia: Rebirth is a decent horror game, but ultimately a somewhat disappointing Amnesia sequal to The Dark Descent.
