Update to version 1.0.5!

In version 1.0.5. many changes have been made. Everything was based on your feedback: - New languages were added. Now Fearmonium is available on: Russian, English, German, Portuguese, Spanish, French and Japanese; - Fixed the balance in battles with bosses: no more enemies that took some players 10 minutes to kill. However now the main character also receive more damage; - Improved the impact from the attacks; - Changes affected sections that annoyed some of the players: for example, an escape from a crowd of schoolchildren is much more easier now; - Changed the behavior of some mobs; - Changed the arrangement of mobs on some levels; - Changed the way some abilities are used. For example, the Wizard now deals more damage, but since now while using an umbrella stamina doesn't restore. Hope the game gets better.

It's okay. Not the best metroidvania I've played, but it's not the worst either. For complaints, the obvious one is - why is there a stamina meter? Why is dashing as much as I want not allowed? It doesn't really make the platforming challenges more difficult, it just makes it so you have to wait for your meter to fully recharge before moving on. You can quick recharge by hitting a clown face, but....doesn't that seem...

I'm a little torn. There are positives to Fearmonium - it's a genuine Metroidvania with plenty to discover and the backtracking is not too egregious. But there are so many problems that make it annoying and not fun to play. The gameplay, frankly, sucks. Nothing feels precise or smooth. You're disconnected, and too many of your actions need to play out before you can perform another one. Controls are janky. The...

The artworks are not the best, and in the story sequences it show it even more, however I can recognize, when a story/ideas had been on the mental stove for years and it comes together at the end into beautiful payoff. Impressive for a one man team (&sound support) The game play is paced proper and worth the price!
